Mr. Nguyen Minh Duc achieved 8.0 IELTS for 3 consecutive times. He is the first Vietnamese person to work at the International Criminal Court. He is currently the Chief Representative of the American Bar Association in Vietnam since 2019. He has more than 10 years of experience teaching IELTS.
